Our Purpose

Creekside Academy functions as a church school and support group in Northwest Alabama. It is our desire to equip families who wish to home school their children. Our goals are: first, to glorify God through this endeavor; second, to keep our requirements as minimal as possible while remaining within the legal limits of Alabama Law; third, to be inclusive of families from diverse backgrounds, be it religious or ethnic; finally, we want to edify the educators within the family through our support group and resources.

Colossians 2:2-3,“My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.”
